• Maintain a storefront with regular business hours

• Buy products with the intent to resell to end users
• Meet minimum order requirements as specified below

Ordering Terms and Prices

• Initial minimum order is $300 at wholesale pricing. Must be pre-paid by check or credit card. Credit card preferred.
• Subsequent order minimum is $100 at wholesale pricing.
• Products are ready for retail display with hang tags that include safety instructions.
• If approved, credit terms are 30 days net. 1.3% per month will be charged to all past due invoice balances. $30 will be charged for bad checks.
• Orders ship within 3-6 weeks and are shipped via UPS ground. Retailer pays 10-15% shipping and handling charges.

Exchange Policy
Unsold products may be exchanged within 3 months for items of equal value. A 15% restocking fee may be charged for returned items.
