You will learn about designing with PMC, the properties of PMC and how to form objects by rolling, stamping, texturing, molding and cutting. You will explore a variety of finishing techniques for your silver artwork.

PMC is an exciting and fun material that allows a beginner to achieve very professional results. You will be delighted with what you make! Finish time is approximate depending on individual pace.

Learn the traditional craft of copper foil stained glass during this one-day intensive introductory course. During the course, students will learn to cut, grind, foil, solder and finish stained glass creations. Each student will complete one small suncatcher and one additional small window or panel.

Not your grandmother's knitting! You will definitely be hooked once you try knitting with wire. This class covers selecting appropriate wires and materials, various techniques for successful wire knitting, how to add beads, crystals, natural stones, etc., and how to finish your bracelet with a clasp. Experience with knitting is helpful but not required. Finish time is approximate depending on experience level and work pace.

This class will cover accurate ring sizing, designing, shaping, texturing, firing and finishing rings made with PMC. Finished rings are .999 fine silver.

 

Class fee includes 25 grams of PMC3, instructional materials, miscellaneous consumable materials, kiln firings and use of extensive selection of tools, texturing materials, supplies.

 

Note: Beginning experience with PMC is required.
